Are you tired of the never ending cycle of worry, stress, guilt and regret that never seems to end, no matter how hard you try to escape it?
In fact, freedom and happiness are the ultimate goal for all 7.54 billion people on this beautiful planet - and they are in fact already your True Nature.
The truth is: You probably know most (or all) of what you already need to know in order to get there. You’ve watched the best spiritual teachers, you’ve read all the best selling books and you’ve done your mediations.
If a friend or family member were to ask you “how do I live a happy life?” or “how do I find my purpose?” I bet you’d be able to give an answer just like a wise guru with a long flowing beard.
But when it comes to your own personal life, it seems like this advice doesn’t work for you.
I would be willing to bet that you have already implemented different approaches like meditation, retreats, gratitude, mantras, yoga, self-inquiry and breath work to connect with that inner peace...
... the problem is that even if it works for a while, it’s just not permanent, because the proper implementation is missing.
The Egoic mind may subside momentarily, but it shall rise again, as surely as the morning Sun.
